One template to service thirteen shopping centres for Mirvac Retail.
As one of Australia's premier retail groups operating multiple shopping centres, Mirvac needed a one-size-fits-all template design that catered to the CMS needs of their various retail brands.
Paper prototypes, card-sorting, and one-on-one interviews were conducted with users as well as client workshops with SMEs, to arrive at a solution that met everyones needs.

The adaptive design allowed the mobile version to specifically address the needs of people in-store with quick access to key pages without needing to open the menu.
In an effort to reflect the diversity of people visiting the centres, the designs also met AA accessibility standards.
