Health&Co is a new business helping connect GP clinics to their patients in a more accessible and efficient way.
As a new business Health&Co — which functions primarily as B2B — recognised the need to offer their clients (prospective GP clinics) access to a streamlined and efficient digital portal and app to communicate with their patients.
With this point of difference, they'd be able to increase their market-share whilst simultaneously solving the common pain-points patients experience when interacting with healthcare providers.

The app and web portal allowed for patients to find services, track their previous and upcoming visits, make and update bookings, view notes from their sessions and make payments.

A B2B one-page-website was also designed to briefly explain the benefits of joining the Health&Co family to any interested GP clinics and clinicians.

A comprehensive design system was also created to aid the developers in the agile delivery of the website and app.

This kit would then grow over time as more features and requirements were added to the product in the future.
